I do the scores myself. As for the licensing of sheet music, musicnotes pays the royalty to the original composer who holds the copyright (in this case Disney Music Company)

Yes, the original song is in E Major while my arrangement is in F Major. The key change was primarily to simplify 1:54 key changes.
