so this might be the 2nd track I looped of yours. and wow. so there's this ONE problem that sent me into a depression for the last 6+ months... only in the last month or two, I've kinda started to even leave my bed. maybe be more productive. but the issue has always still been there for me mentally. i fought with someone and it was a defining moment for me and my identity. just, everything I care about. This person was very negative and aggressive. and I lost a lot simply bc they had their sights set on me and what positivities I had. but they tricked me into giving it to them and I watched my own stuff get lost. it's probably one of the most confusing experiences you can have as well as recognizing how much this person had no right to do this. i keep rationalizing, "did i do a mistake to deserve this? is it in fact right for them to steal my stuff?" all kinds of wild rationalizing you couldn't imagine I'm doing - and yet it's weird bc why am I fighting so hard for this? it's not peaceful and positive, right? and that's all I was trying to do! i was trying to HELP them and help myself! I've only ever tried to come up with smart solutions - and to see this person really only wanted "theirs", and is why they destroyed my shit. not even to help themselves. i cant figure it out... Well, after looping this track, I experience a kinda really not-care about this problem anymore LOl. it's weird. i have to put more effort into remembering why i was mad at this thing for 8 months and what was I going to do about this, again? i don't remember lol It's very emotion-based, so this Track must have really done its thing and I wish I had this Subliminal track back then. I wondered if it would have helped back then too
