I would make the "Rebirth" enchantment no consume the shield, but rather consume a Totem in your inventory. This would be so that Totems wouldn't be made obsolete.

agreed, because if you could just get one totem and just make shields with the rebirth enchant the game would be way too easy

If you're the one creating these I'd make jumper give you a double jump instead of jump boost because jumper would make the potion obsolete
