Thanks for the video. My original has sealant all along the seam. Do I really need that? I see your’s doesn’t.

I decided against it. I think it’s more of a fit and finish item than actually being functional. Personally I think it looks better without.

@@sheldonnorton9035 The trailer he has seems of very low quality, I might not judge your trailer by his.

My Spartan cargo trailer is doing the same buckling and I got the same dent just in front of the right fender and my buckles got so bad under the finder the side buckles were rubbing the wheels. I took off the side trim and some fo the screws in the panels and some buckles came out. But had to drill new holes for the screws as they didn't match the holes when the buckles came out. There is a design flaw there some where in the bottom extension that holds the bottom of the side panels. Mine are do bad I am considering putting diamond plate 2 foot up from the bottom to cover all the buckling. What a mess on a 2 year old trailer that's never been overloaded. Discussed

That really is unfortunate, especially on a new trailer. Our trailer is 5 years old now and it is definitely showing its age.

I have discovered the reason for the pucker in the side panels on my Spartan cargo trailer. I got under the trailer and found that the spring U bolts had contacted the bottom of the frame. Leaving a dent in the bottom of the frame. That shoved the side of the trailer up causing the puckers in the siding. I remember letting the right wheels drift off a narrow road recently and felt a bump and the trailer bounced. I am sure that did it.

You got off easy. At least it’s mainly the fender. No biggie. Swap that baby out and your good to go. I did the same thing and added new led lights then siliconed them on, but reversed the polarity and the fender lights won’t turn on and I have to scrape off the rv silicone which is hard to get off.

You’re right, it could have been much worse.
