Yes he did because to balance crit rate and crit damage of the character. When she uses the string master which is Crit rate main state weapon she needs a crit damage main echo. It's the same for the Zhezhi's signature, its main state is Crit damage so encore needs a crit rate main state echo. It's just to balance the character.
