Drew, This meditation was as perfect as humanly possible. The moving sunset filled with stars, set the stage for sleep. It slowed my system, much like the box breathing. The music stayed in the background. Your voice was soothing, slow, yet the enunciation was crisp. The metaphors were picturesque, poetic, Biblical, God honoring, creative, and full of good council. The 10 second pause between each slow couplet also helped me as I returned to sleep. Thank you, friend. We all praise the Lord for your ministry. PS you know what a gray scale is. That surprised me. 😊✝️
