Transcript: Heavenly Father, never have we lived at a time like this, the ends of the world coming apart. We begin to rejoice as we look up and see our dear redemption drawing nigh. Lord, our homes are falling apart, millions being divorced. Millions of children living in broken homes. Never has this message has been so desperately needed. Oh God, give me the courage, the anointing, and the unction of heaven. Speak loud and clear to our hearts, that no one leave this building tonight without being met solidly straight on by the ministry of the Holy Spirit. I pray in Christ's name, amen. The Healing of The Home. I'll never forget as long as I live a visit in our home by a well-known country western singer. In fact, she has two songs in the top 20 right now. And this young lady's a beautiful young Christian, but prior to her conversion, she'd been divorced two times. Since coming to Christ, she'd found a very fine young man who was anticipating getting married.
I think she may have been a little apprehensive about it, and I'll never forget what she said to my wife and I sitting in our living room. She said, "The thing that bothers me, of all my acquaintances, I don't know of one happy marriage. I don't know anyone who's happily married." And that shocked me because she attended a "Full Gospel" church. An evangelical Full Gospel Church and her Pastor happened to be a friend of mine. Over 300 members, I was told, in the church. I said, "Well, what about the deacons? Surely you've got some well-adjusted happily married deacons in your church." She said, "I can't think of one." She said, "They almost all have been divorced at least once." She said, "One family's been divorced five times. One Deacon." I said, "What about the pastor? Surely your Pastor has the example for you." She said, "Haven't you heard? They've separated and filed for divorce." And since that time, that Pastor has been divorced. I said, "Would you please then meet your first happily married couple?"
She said, "Well, Mr. Wilkerson, you're not like the rest of us. You live in a different world. We're out there in the front lines of this world, and it's life and making a living and you don't face the same pressures." And I made a confession to her that I'm about to make this evening later on in this service why or how my wife and I just about did not make it. What I speak to you tonight about has been very well tested, I'm just not talking theory. My wife and I have been through it, and I want to share it with you tonight before the service is over. I remember being in Chicago number of years ago for one of these all-night talk shows. Five or six guests. H. L. Hunt was one of them, this is before he died. I was one of I think five guests. It was an NBC show, if I recall, and one of the guests was a well-known comedian who had been divorced 10 times.
He was getting married for the 11th time, and his bride-to-be was waiting in the little greenroom listening on the monitor. It started about 11 o'clock, it would last till 4:30 in the morning. For the first two hours of that all-night talk show, I listened to the worst filth and garbage I've ever heard in my life. I listened as a comedian mocked his 10 former marriages. And what he was saying, "Well, I've tried it 10 times, and it didn't work. I'm going to try it again. I got another girl on the line. If it doesn't work, there's a million more where she came from." Or words to that effect. And I thought to myself, "That poor girl sitting in the back room listening to that, she probably loves him. And even though she's the 11th, one she thinks she can make it work." I've never felt so sorry for anyone is I did for that young lady listening to that man put her on the spot.
For two hours, the host to this show and everybody but Mr. H. L. hunt ... Mr. Hunt said he didn't like it. In fact, he left early. For two hours I sat there with a stone face with my hands folded listening to this garbage. Finally, the host of the show looked at me with a frown on his face. He said, "Mr. Wilkerson, you don't seem to be in with this. What do you think of what's been said here?"

My husband and I have been separated for 8 years. It was both of our faults bc we did not follow christ. I have still not had the heart to divorce him. Nor have I dated except for once. But I couldn't do it. He lives with another woman. They have a new baby. They do not follow God. They let my daughter participate in a gay relationship. But I still have hope in Chry. I will not stop praying for them all. God has kept me from being to lonely. I stay off social media. Try to stay in prayer the qord. I love the Lord and am thankful for His Spirit that keeps me. I'm with you, my wife left me to "find herself in Christ" and she took our children so I haven't been able to see them I pray to God for mercy since I was partly to blame since I was an atheist now born again. Pray for my marriage that it may be restored under the love of God and Christ as our foundation.

@@MEZafiro it's been about a month now since God restored my marriage. But not only that, He restored my spiritual life and even restored my wife's spiritual life and so we are now both serving the Lord with much fervor in our spirits, The reverent fear of the Lord is upon our spirits. We believe in a God that restores people's hearts for the sake of His glory. Don't be discouraged, i saw God's unconditional love move through my marriage and so will you. Just take this bible verse to your heart and most certainly God will take care of the rest to honor His promise on you! Matthew 6:33 (NLT) Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.

On this Mothers Day I'm on my knees praying for my 3 children and 9 grandchildren.. all lost.. BUT GOD!! I know that He is able to save them and in Gods new kingdom we can be the family we should have been here but Satan tore my family apart..but I believe that nothing is impossible for God

Thank you pastor Wilkerson's message about marriage appreciate his honesty, and when he said scripture that if God held iniquities against us, who could stand. It's all because of God's great love and mercy shown. No wonder the bible says be quick to forgive each other. It's good to make peace and let it go don't keep some grievances list against your loved one. It's says in bible that God's mercy is anew everyday, and we should be dear children imitate our heavenly Father by also loving people. Thank you lord Jesus christ and Holy spirit this message must been heaven sent for me. Cause it's helped me hearing about how God healed there marriage at California hotel. It spoke to me though, I realized I have been bitter depressed and even hold grudges about if only he would of done something different how much better it would been today. Now I realize that is just a lie of the enemy. In this world we have problems and tribulation. But it's like God wants me to be a little bit happy just to enjoy life again even little things like a glass of fresh orange juice, things that are bless by God to have. We suffer my husband James and my family since are son was kidnapped by a group home stolen him and hide him away and he's had surgery and sick and nobody let's us know what has happened to our beautiful boy Timothy we love dear Timothy please pray for him. And the authorities allowed all this just to steal his respidol lawsuit case money worth 2 million dollars. I filed for him 6 years ago and then they burst in our home with guns and group home people and took my mute autistic helpless child away 3 years ago never allowed visit by any relatives no one's allowed to find him or see him again scared us we cry and pray for miracles. But it's like a stone was nobody help us no lawyer want my case none. Because they don't like to go up against federal agencies. But it's like I have been serious and my husband gets snappy and irritated and we both feel angry hopeless and sad ,sometimes blaming each other. But this sermon has been so great healing to me. While the problems are real, I see it's still are attitudes that still matter before almighty God creator of all things anew someday God's kingdom to come peace love, no more tears. But it's like God is telling me I still love you and your family. But sometimes we do have to watch how were acting as Christians when we are going through something personal and painful. I'm finding when I make myself get up and go help someone else even when I don't feel like it, actually it is good for me. No wonder Gods word said it's better to give than recieve. God bless everyone and don't give up on your marriage if at all possible, love covers a multitude of sins. Thank God the lord Jesus christ forgive our sins debt ,and we should do the same and forgive our husbands and wives.

Amen, so true when you talk to God every day and read his beautiful words and pray to our lord and savior Jesus christ yeshua messiah, because you cannot be lonely with knowing the lord Jesus walk with us always not alone. Bible says cast your cares upon me for I care for you. So even the little things God is concerned about in our lives, like if I lose my house keys I started pray Jesus lord help me find them ,and I did find them. But it amazing to me how God loves us so much to hear us ,even with the small daily things we do. And he comforts us in the bigger issues to. He encourages me not to be afraid of challenges. And when I'm sad he comforts me and reminds me he really loves me. Praise the Father God and his son Jesus christ and the Holy spirit, glory to God amen.

Sir, don't give up hope. My mom kept my brother and I away from our dad as kids. She remarried and moved us far away from our dad. Now we are grown and live right next to our dad. We love him and see the Truth of what our mom did. Never give up hope. God is with you and will never leave or forsake you. I pray the Lord will give you beauty for ashes and the oil of joy for mourning. I pray you will dwell in the shadow of the almighty and never lose the anchor of your soul in Jesus mighty name
