In frozen valley could be another two on the left of the last one, first one in a little cave to underground and the other going straigth over the first one just scan ❤ I recomend set it in private before going so they are not already open and just alternate beteween 2 locations like frozen valley and aurora forest, then repeat

Thank you. in Fallen arc there are 3 more. one right by Quarantine zone mission and another one close by at the cliff. and one in a cave under Frozen Shipyard battlefield mission

I'm guessing these vaults don't respawn?

Fast travel to another area and come back and they should be there. They only have a chance to spawn, so these are locations of their spawns.

Does teleporting to albion and then back to the zone reset these?

Just teleporting to another map and teleporting back resets it for me

If you're on hard mode ,you can only acquire the code from hard mode enemies

Unfortunately they do not always spawn, you can reload the area. Using Normal/Hard can fix this.

No you don’t NEED to but it helps a lot if you do, the mini game is easier and you get additional materials.
