Like all of your videos, this video is professionally produced, and very informative. I do not want to think about the amount of time you took to record each section (including the seamless recording of the boot menus), the highlighting, the zooming, and all coordinated with verbal instructions that are very clear. You make it look easy. Well done! Questions: 1) Would a RAID setup complicate encrypting the system partition? Or does the RAID controller make this transparent to VeraCrypt's encryption process? 2) Would a SSD system partition introduce a false completion status, as it pertains to using the "Wipe Mode" option? In other words, will VeraCrypt be able to accurately overwrite each file before encrypting it? 3) Which option would you use if your boot drive also has a logical volume (say, a "D" drive), and you want that to be encrypted, too. 4) If you normally back-up your computer via a boot disk (such as Acronis provides, which ensures that no files are in use by Windows since Windows is not running), will the back-up procedure be the same? For example, will your Acronis boot disk back-up the encrypted drive(s) and be able to do its normal restore procedure, when necessary? Or does encrypting partitions complicate backups and restores? Thank you.

Great video but how do you simply encrypt your original c: drive?

Does the reading/writing to the encrypted system disk becomes slower, since it's encrypted now? I mean, any overhead in the CPU or disk speed. Also, those wipes before encrypting will certainly wear and tear SSDs...
