This is my issue.... It started 15 yrs ago, it felt like my sock was bunched up at the tip of my right big toe, I adjusted my sock but still felt it. I thought it was my sneaker which were getting old so I bought new ones. The same feeling was there which freaked me out. Went to a foot doctor a few months later when this issue spread to my toes on both feet..After my exam which included an xray he said the issue may be effecting your feet but the issue was not my feet, must be something going on elsewhere ie: lower back. Over the years the pain started setting in. Its stayed just in my toes and ball of my foot. After 2-3 years I started using an ice bucket of water to take the burning away, after 12 years it spread to the rest of my foot. I can slightly feel something in my legs below the knee. Finally it spread to my hands this year. Warm water makes my hands feel better where as ice water makes my feet feel better. I take Lyrica 200mg 3x and it does very little for the pain. Before that I took Gabapentin and before that, Tramadol. The foot pain is a combo of deep deep pain along with burning., The ice water helps relief the burning but when the deep pain kicks in even the ice water has little effect. Not sure if the burning is erythromelalgia. Anyway I do not have tingling just deep pain in my feet, sharp stabbing every so often in my toes. It doesnt seem to effect my monitor skills. I have a bucket of ice water next to my bed every night and put my feet in before laying down. I need relief in a bad way, this is pure torture

I worked at a Radiation Lab for a little over a year back in the late 70s Before I left there I had stapled my finger a bit and yes painful They game a shot of coarse but had also looked at the blood and found my white cells were right on the line I found out recently I have an autoimmune problem because I worked there conclusively A doctor years ago thought I had hepatitis and she tested me from at to L? Anyway I didn't have it I became curious after this because at the lab telling me my white cells were low I've discovered since that my white cells will vary depending on what is going on in my life They called it then an autoimmune problem but I know it was working at that lab There were to many with leukemia there also although those who got that were usually directly involved with some radiation However I knew that radiation will dance on your clothes and yes this is how I believe why I have my health issue now

yoga and repeating things.. scary thought. I've lived with this condition for 54 years. Until my daughter passes ill be in constant pain. Having to constantly not have a moment to myself it's impossible. I'm completely broken even walk with a walker. Can't. Drive anymore. I'm 74 still careing for her. Put her in state facility and she was raped and aborted 3x without my knowledge. I found out the day my husband was killed after 36 years of marriage. Just had to have 2 transfusions im a mess. Can't find bleeding but was bed ridden for 5 years. No help. I'll never know how I did it. Haven't driven my car for 5 years. Sad just wondering when I drop dead then my daughter will slowly starve to death. I have no one..but Jesus. He is my only help. The lady that buys my groceries buys what she eats...I always ate organic. Clean meat, my eggs and beautiful organic vegetables now garbage, sprayed ,cheep produce. It's horrible. She only goes about every 6 weeks......stress, stress, stress.the Dr wants me to eat red meat 3x a day because my anemia is so bad. I hate meat. My thyroid is also very low......so the food I have to eat for the iron hurts my thyroid. I'm a mess. If I feed my thyroid then the anemia gets bad. I haven't had a day to myself since I was 19 years old.well I'm thankful my heart doesn't pound anymore, I'm starting to get some sleep about 4 hours a night. For about 15 years only about half hour at a time. The headaches are gone. Before the transfusions my numbers were at a 3 approaching a two. Dr said I had about 24 hours to death but that's how long it took to get help. I won't go into a home because they vaccinate everyone. All the help I did have died from the shots. I live way out in the country side so I don't have neighbors. I have no family. My last friend died this year. Actually I do ok it felt good to tell someone. 😂😂😂 5hanks for listening...my daughter's been crying the whole time because I'm out of her sight..oh yea she dosent walk orvtalk,or chew food......its my life😅😅😅😅😅 thanks for letting me go on its good therapy. John Hopkins is the best US medical school the pharmaceutical industries could buy, just like Oxford Medical in the UK with both deeply involved in the disastrous response to Cov-2. When they say the cause is unknown they mean they have not yet come up with some pharmaceutical that can be passed off as a cure, ignoring the gut microbiome or epigenetics since there are no major profits in these areas and why they ignore nutrition in general.

This Dr knows what she's talking about, with regards to diet & exercise, and living in a good peaceful state of mind & environment to overcome an inflammatory condition. Notice not prescribing pharmaceuticals. Much respect. Let your food be your medicine, in this case foods that dont trigger inflammation. The key is for the patient to have a strong constitution adhering to those guide lines. Deviate, and you will pay for it. A good substitute for sweets is Raw (Keyword) Unheated Honey which keeps all the enzymes intact. Play the video again , and listen to what she is saying about what foods to stay away from.

Sugar is inflammatory in the body. As are grains, which turn to sugar. All carbs are inflammatory, along with seed oils such as canola, soy, corn, etc. And plants (vegtables) have many antinutrients and toxins such as oxalates and on and on, all causing inflammation. Twenty-one months ago I switched to eating the Carnivore diet; meat, eggs, butter, salt, and water. In these months, I have completely reversed wicked arthritis, prediabetes, high blood pressure, brain fog, gum disease, and on and on. Before eating this way, I was sure that my days driving a car would soon end. Now I drive with confidence, my mind is sharp. It is so nice to have no diagnoses, take no medicines, and to live without inflammatory pain. I'm 75 and will never go back to eating those nasty plants. I love eating this way, the same way that my distant ancestors ate; always satiating, no hunger between meals, life is good when it is pain free.

This clown doesn't know nutrition. There are big differences between processed & gluttonous food compared to bio-available plantbased green food. Most of the flavanoids, polyphenols, antioxidants come from leaves, fruits and ancient nuts and grains. They inhibit many diseases at cellular level. The leaves that give you oxygen to breathe comes from tree, not from your meat. Wake up. Eating toxic meat, processed meat accelerate cancer tumor and all kinds diseases.

If a CME occurs my life is over, as the electronics in the pacemaker will fry. However, I am thinking that my nerves can be repaired to the point where the pacemaker is superfluous... meaning, if the pacemaker fails, my own nerves can take over... Am I dreaming or is it a possibility? Thanks in advance 🙂
