The Rules are changing again for Cruising and today we are looking at a few of the updates that several cruise lines have come out with. NOTE, this list is going to change, PLEASE confirm with your cruise line prior to your cruise to confirm you have the most up to date information.

Hi Michael, are you sure abut DCL? I just checked their website and they have the same requirements for 5 and older ( COVID-19 Vaccination: For sailings departing US and Canadian ports through September 1, 2022, Disney Cruise Line requires Guests ages 5 and older to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the time of sailing, as defined by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). )

Why is everyone so against test versus the vaccine. Both vaccinated and unvaccinated get Covid so I think both should be test prior to cruise.

My question is whether or not unvaccinated passengers will be restricted while on the ship. For instance, will they have vaccinated only areas of the ship. I think RC was doing that.

Disney needs to move out of 2021 and come into 2022. The other cruise lines are dropping pre cruise testing, but for some reason Disney isn’t. This is a head scratcher

I am 100% with you. I have a Disney Cruise September 26 and they are still planning on testing up til that time. It’s very frustrating that the CDC said it was ok if they stop testing, but Disney doesn’t and on top they started charging for the test at port. I’m like why should I pay 75 for a test at port when they was told they no longer have to test. A lot of people I heard from is going to test at port because a lot of Disney Cruisers are going to be heading to Disney before the cruise and really doesn’t have an opportunity to test 48 hrs before

I disagree with you about Trudeau. He’s the reason why Canada hasn’t had as many cases and deaths as America has. I’m glad he took COVID seriously, as did many other countries around the world. Japan still isn’t letting in individual tourists, and Australia and New Zealand just opened up. I don’t mind the extra health measures because I’ve been able to travel abroad this summer. Maybe before criticising Canada or any other country, you should look at your own first. Canada only requires people to test upon entry if they’re not fully vaccinated.
