Hi, just a note related to page 17 that there is also a web page sap4me which is different of SAP for Me, so perhaps you should not use '4' instead of 'for'. Also one question related to 'Customer specific maintenance'. If customer is left unsupported by SAP, what is left for SAP to invoice from the customer if the maintenance fee is no more valid?

We update the PDF and publish it soon. To your questions: Yes, the scope of the two main support phases - Mainstream Maintenance and Custom Maintenance - is different. However, the customer maintains an active support relationship with SAP during both phases. The calculation base remains the maintenance base, regardless of the maintenance phase.
