I was just able to start watching your videos last night. I have to finish cleaning my kitchen. Then me and my mom are going to sit down and do this together. Places like Costco, BJ's Wholesale, and even Sam's Club are partnered with national and local repair businesses like roofers, carpet cleaners, HVAC folks etc. Many have $0 down 0% financing so there's no large immediate out of pocket cost.

Another great video! I just added up what I saved in my sinking funds for the month and it was almost $1400. 😮 Just a few months ago I was living paycheck to paycheck. I'm so excited!! I no longer feel like I'm drowning when it's time to pay bills each month. 🎉

I have a CPA and once I reached a certain threshold of revenue it just made since to incorporate. I can make a video but I’m not sure of which paperwork to file and stuff as my CPA handled it.

Love watching your videos, I totally failed with my budget binder in January, had so many unexpected things come up and I kept pulling from different envelopes I shouldn't have, so unfortunately I didn't save any money for January 😔 Hopefully I can get back on track this month!

The first 6 months of envelope stuffing will be frustrating. You will be paying bills (vehicle maintenance for example) the same time that you are stuffing envelopes. Envelopes may have a zero balance. Stick with your plan.

Just a week ago, I had to dip into 3 envelopes so I wouldn't be behind. I had higher than expected fuel/hotel expenses. I'm already considering trimming down 2 high-value savings challenges into one smaller target. Budgeting and how much to stuff takes time and adjustments along the way. You got this! Always stay the course, even if the road gets a little bumpy 🙂

I love your videos.!!! Fyi paying off debts doesnt always make them come off your credit. If they are only medical charge offs, they are the easiest to get taken off your credit without paying. Send dispute letters to the companies.. for medical bills its against HIPAA law for them to sell your personal information. There are great youtube videos on this process. Just trying to help you build credit AND save that money to be used somewhere else.

So true….I also recommend looking into what the statute of limitations is in your state. In my state, it’s 5 years. They cannot collect on a debt beyond 5 years. I ask for debt validation letters and if it doesn’t include a date, I push back.
