Actually CJ Yahya is saying what Justice Mansoor is saying, " Poke the bear and even hell have no fury " CJ of any country needs to be a normal and wise human being not an enraged animal instinct should be a Key performance Indicator of any CJ .... This can only happen and praised in our Country..... This bear instinct could be a Compliment for any Mafia but it is a very negative description for any judge and this particular instinct itself was enough to make him unfit for the position of Judge of any Cadre....
