bruh...these guys are quing every game against rank 1 players in high MMR games. when they play at rival/duelist/glad ELO they farm wins and than they get to a point where they spam Q into other high MMR teams so it becomes impossible to have a good W/L ratio. Especially in rock paper scissor 2v2

beating 3k mmr players at a 50% win rate is hard to do you get mmr by beating teams that are actually good, if you lose every time you play a decent rated team the MMR system usually places people where they need to be (if you are on a hot streak it will throw you some tougher games, if you are on a L streak you eventually play a super easy team)
