I’m really excited to get to Daughters of Izdihar too. Trick sounded good (love a jester character) up until I read the synopsis haha. The overall vibes seem different than I was hoping.

Yeah the synopsis reads like any other self pub new adult fantasy romance synopsis which just at face value is not appealing to me. First person synopsis just don't work for my brain
