Jojo speaks amazing English and could definitely make it his main focus to start a business taking foreign tourists around the city. He could advertise his services on social medias pages and groups that revolve around visiting / traveling to the Philippines and build himself a reputation over time. I'm sure many people would be interested to have a different perspective on the country than the touring agencies that only show you the fancy parts.
