Beautiful --my only issue (a very small one) is the bed "footers". - Most of the people I know are over 6 feet - and even I don't like them. I'd check out the noise level too from those huge sheds on the boundary. But obviously - I wouldn't say no thanks :). The style is incredible the architects are magicians and the house nothing like the current "shipping container/ lazy architect " look. The more land the better.

We called up to buy tickets yesterday only to find it opens today duh oh well had a look outside at all the grounds. I want to build a large wooden greenhouse to grow my tuberous begonia I cant wait to win after all this time 23yrs . This home is beautiful and I love the dog bath for my ball of fluff called rosy plus her friend who is a scottish fold called biscuit. Good Luck everyone this is my dream come true. Oh my god, I've been watching a bunch of lottery homes for ages and this is honestly amazing! The loft stole my heart because when I look at all these things I'm connstantly like: I could section this area off & make it an Air BNB or for my future kids- I could buy a tiny house & put it on the land- And this place has already done that AND it has the land! Ha, it truly is a family home with so much more, I am absolutely smitten, I sincerely hope who ever wins it treasures it - or invite me to move into the loft I know I will! x'D

Perfect for me. Not everyone wants the same, especially the shipping container look. Suggest you don't generalise. I think it is the biggest lottery value wise for Endeavour. Also learn where to capitalise.

That's harsh. There is NO shade cover over the swimming pool. No mention of a toilet next to the pool but far far far too much fattening treats spilling over the tables; no overhead fans I could see - but worst of all, steps leading to the only entrance. I'm not yet to be halt and lame but I need help with stairs; how do I even get inside this house.Yes, not much for a 60year anniversary of the past. You could have photos of the past as an art collage of endeavour homes and the people who have benefited from this organisation. And perhaps done some landscaping instead of just expensive lawn. Without a mower.

RSL does a lot of those. Mostly see houses on this and mater. Body corporate is something I like to avoid so it's good seeing a diverse range of prize homes to cater to everyone.

Solar, rain tank, shed, ride on mower are missing. After doing a google earth, I understand why the living areas aren’t looking out the front, but at least have one that can look out to the greenery of the property other than the pool. Finishing touches are nice, but not the 2nd and 3rd bedroom beds - no. The dog bath is a nice touch, but personally it would kill my back - no I’m not kneeling. It needs a cover top to utilise as bench space when the dog isn’t being bathed, The loft as a b&b is a nice thing, but they need their own outside space. I loved your KZbin presentation of the home. I’ll still buy a ticket but would need to modify a few things. It will look lovely once a garden is established. The shed on the property behind I hope is for storage purposes only. Check that property out in google earth. My goodness.

Do the sheds come with the property ? If not its very close thats not privacy for me. Ive been buying tickets now for 35 yrs and have won nothing its heartbreaking 😢

It's as if the designer and the architect climbed inside my head while I was asleep and took pictures of my dreams from the white picket fence, the location with mature trees. The best built-in and much needed dog washing bay. The farmhouse sinks and rose gold tapware the floral design table ware with matching cutlery a separate self-contained unit for a steady income stream. Neighbour's out of ear shot. Room for a big shed and or a caravan cover, green house and vege patch/orchard. Soft healing quiet white pallet. A veranda for my rocking chair, and room for a low hanging love seat to swing on, and so much more. A chance to live and not just exist. If you can't find peace and rest hear then you may never find it. 🎂🫖☕
