One more point, he was around 65kmph whereas speed limit on this road is 50kmph. He was also going a little above the limit. Honestly, he change’s lane from right to left very quickly and that is what made him crash. I know 50 is too low for a 6 lane road but you should drive over the limit only if you have clear view of ahead which he certainly did not have.

At 2.35 you did the same.. while the bus was turning, you did not slow down one bit.. a bus is much higher and its windows are much higher, so anyone in a vehicle seated below the window height level of a bus can not guess whats ahead.. same is with autorickshaws which dont even have windows through which vehicles behind can see somewhat ahead on road We must take into consideration these points while riding We should try to carry less momentum while overtaking such vehicles unless we have a clear view ahead Watch how you carried so much momentum behind that bus without the knowledge of whats ahead of it (@2.35)

The etios guy was overtaking a stationary car, you can clearly see it in 2:52 and at that moment his car is 80% in the middle lane although he should have indicated which he didn't, so his is at fault here too. But you are at fault too, you just followed the wagonr too closely and over took the auto from wrong direction just like the wagonr did and then again tried to overtake etios , had you maintained a safe distance from wagonr you could have avoided that. Lane splitting is not good, you have to understand that cars can't change directions as fast as bikes can. Etios guy is less guilty than you are. That blindspot was due to you tailgating the wagonr, next time maintain a safe distance. Hope you are okay, be safe and live to ride another day.

I still get very scared driving on Indian roads especially on highways where motorcycles zoom out of nowhere. Nobody actually uses turn signals and lane driving does not exist. overall analysis of the event at the very begining of the video the rider can be seen talking with himself the rider can be heard talking about the lady who was in nano car and then there came a comment about the monetary amount of that car, but as the journey continues he is again spotted to comment in other vehicle. ahead in the journey the rider is trying to speed up again comfortably then he is seen trying to overtake the overtaking WAGNOR taxi and that is where rider is seen becoming the victim of the accident. THE BIG QUESTION WHOSE FAULT IT IS? now it is normally advised to overtake the car from the passenger front or the right side, but if your are living in india then there is one RULE that is no rule. the person whose side mirror was put to ashes has no blame to share because he can easily say he had to stop because he was stopped by the other person in the front, and that is the most basic reason he can give, also he was also seen joining the main lane but the bike rider was seen overtaking the overtaking WAGNOR and thats where he made a traffic oversight. so, all in all it the bike rider who is at fault not the car driver. But he argument was won by the biker rider in all MACHO style. we live in a country where the voice of dissent if raised is put to rest by a voice much more heavy with the power of rifle, gun and wealth. so if the rider of the bike is listening and reading this comment he should understand that there are people like me on road as well whose vehicle is driven by a trained driver who know how to act on these situations and if there comes a necessity of firing a weapon to stop the noise then we are willing to do this and that as well. my only suggestion to him quit driving your bike because even if you are driving a bike and god forbid there is an accident, even if its not your fault, you will be charged and god knows what the other person is upto he might be drunk or just a criminal on loose.

This type of bike can't stop quickly because of higher center of gravity and weight. We can't stop like 100 cc bike in this type of situation. You can't turn quickly like 100 cc bikes. There was enough time to stop bike by applying dual breaks. It is clearly your mistake. Your attention was not on driving. Both car having white colour so difficult to see quickly for colour blind person. I am driving bike 70 km everyday in heavy traffic with higher speed, these type of near miss is common. Many times i have avoided this situation by applying dual breaks But on Enfield you can't avoid this situation.

bhai tum pehale to wo leggaurd acche quality ke strong wale lagao. Itne se me hi bend ho gaye to girne pe kya bachyege. Leggaurd ka pipe to strong hai par jis patali patti pe welded hai wo weak hai bend hogi aage bhi. The way I see it, it was not totally his fault and I respect that you are accepting your mistake, its a rare trait these days. But overtaking from Left side of the roads that too in cities of UP is risky, unpredictable people all around. Had you given a signal first or waited for a clear view of road or hell if you actually tried to overtake from the righ side of the auto, you would not be experiencing all this. I am no expert rider but much familiar with roads of UP, HR and RJ and Delhi as well. Does not matter who was at fault lekin lagi tumko bhi to hai.

Waise toh jab mai ek driver hoon aur mujhe bikers bilkul pasand nahi, lekin aap jaise log bahut kam hai bhai, aap ka baat karne ka style alag hai aap bahut acche ho lekin sab bikers aap ke jaisa polite nahi hai

Problem starts from that car person without indicator he stopped his car in fast lane

That driver didn't show turn indicator. Also you were riding rashly (speed is not less than 60 kmph visible on speedometer) , overtaking from left while tailgating Wagon-R. Also you didn't used indicator while changing lane in zig-zag manner, can be seen clearly. After all this you are blaming him. Accept your mistake dude.
