I am not 100% sure you even need the CAN board for the Manta E3EZ board as it has CANBus built in and connectors for CANBus on the Manta board. BTT Have packed a lot into this board and still managed to keep it small enough to fit into an Ender 3. The glue is a good idea actually, considering the printers ship from China to the entire world. People buying a printer don't want it to fail out of the box because a wire came loose in shipping, which does happen, no matter how good clips are. Shipping is pretty rough This video is so detailed, but doesn't get boring at all. Really enjoyed watching it as a lot of people skim over the details without going into detail, or they go too deep and get boring.

Does the Neo screen work with the new board?

no. I am doing Klipper and connecting via Mainsail.

Just finished a light mod for my V2 Neo and the glue annoyed me. Possibly take some isopropyl alcohol and dab it on the glue and it may come off very easy. I didn't try it.. dummy me, but if it's like hot glue then it'll make it very easy to come off.

The glue is a silicon based glue. It's a good idea to use glue as even the best connectors can come loose with how rough shipping can be, especially considering international shipping. It would be nice if the just used hot glue instead. That would come off easier, but I guess the theory is if you are going to mod, you will take time to remove the glue, but if you dont mod the printer will work out of the box.
