I like that 3D printers on a low budget are getting almost plug-and-play. When I got my first Ender 3 pro it took me time to learn, like 6 months, and I wasted a lot of filament, new users can enjoy 3D printing as we all do, nice video, regards from Costa Rica!

Creality needs to come up with better model naming. What is wrong with their marketing department? This should not have been named as if it was a version upgrade of an existing printer. Instead, it should have been called something like the "Creality Core". Seriously Creality... get it together!

Personally I don’t think it’s that big of a deal but
@mtslyh7 ай бұрын
@@yobtnirp3D It's unnecessarily confusing. I recently wanted to buy an Ender 3 V2 SE and when I went to my local Microcenter, I had to be EXTREMELY careful that I didn't pick up the wrong thing. There are literally a dozen different "Ender 3" machines available, all very different in so many ways. After buying my machine, a friend's son wanted to get one too. I had to be very careful to tell him EXACTLY what model number I had and to warn him to make sure he got the EXACT model I listed because I didn't want him to just see "Ender 3" at the store and think that he had the same model I had bought. It really doesn't have to be this confusing and it would be easy for them to address. I cannot think of a single other company/product that uses the same model name to describe such a diverse lineup of products.

I just got my ender 3 s1 pro. The naming department of creality is bongers! Anyway, it‘s a great printer with 150mm/s which for my application is alright. But i am blown away by the precision. Right out of the box this thing looks better thans most people‘s prints. It‘s rather slow but it doesn‘t matter anyway. If you want good details with the ender v3 you also need to crank down the speed.

Oof that bency didn't look too good the first one I did on my v3 SE looked better but not high speed of course. I hope this printer will be competitivley priced but as the k1 was on sale around BF for $350 and the V3 KE is $260 it doesn't leave much room. If this printer is much more than the KE then I would rather wait for a sale on the K1 again and get an enclosed core XY over this I can't see how this thing will be much less than $350 and it will of course have to be higher priced than the V3 KE. It will be very interesting to see how they fit this in to their very overcrowded lineup price wise.

Vase is pronounced "Vase". Now that we've cleared that up ... A great video, gentlemen. I first saw this machine coming over the horizon in a YT video a couple of weeks ago. Exciting to see this CoreXZ hot on the heels of other makers very fast Bed Slingers. Creality's reuse of their ecosystem is spot on, even if you never use it yourself. The remote Telemetry to the app or browser is fabulous. A long time coming. Time for Creality to work on retiring the older models over the coming year? I think so.

I think liner rails are much more durable than rods. Really wish they went the same route as the V3 KE with the liner rail and spring tension extruder, its the most reliable unit Creality sells. The only issue with the V3 KE is its poor gantry attachment where its prone to wobbling. This printer seems to use the same technology as the K1 and K1 Max, which have been giving owners (like me) major headaches with constant clogs and heat creep issues due to the poor design of the head.

Still doing research. I have a lot of experience of the cr10, dad has one and have 3 at school. Along with 4 ender 5's, 2 ender 3's, 4 dremel 3d45's, along with some resin ones. Most of my experience though is with the dremels and the cr10's, which i think the wifi connectivity is a hige deal along with auto leveling!

#iwantamicrocenternearme I would love to have a Micro Center in OKC! That drive to Dallas or Kansas City (Overland Park) gets old after a while. Two major highways (I-40 and I-35) roll thorough here, and inexpensive real estate may allow for not just a store, but also a distribution hub! This is a regular Bed Slinger 3D printer, not Core XY. New printers like the Bambu labs p1p or Creality K1 are Core XY
@keegan8547 ай бұрын
It's CoreXZ, like Voron Switchwire. Two motors in the base drive the toolhead in X and Z, while the bed moves separately in Y. It is also accurate to call it a bedslinger.

Why is it called a Core XZ when its a bed slinger?
