Nice video! But a few issues. The heat inserts are the wrong type. The once you have are for injection molding and not heat inserting.

What did this prove to do for your printing experience? It looks gorgeous, but no change to the hot end, still a Bowden set up vs direct drive, no BL touch integrated. Wondering what this helps in practice.

Are you losing Z height with this setup as the after burner is taller than the older extruder? It looks really neat btw!

Thanks! It really depends on which hotend you’re using with it. I think I’ve lost about 10mm total in Z height which is not a big deal for me
