Ill see what I can do, admittedly Im not great at solo storm and I feel that a lot of p3 comes down to having good movement and being able to quickly complete the terms from practice.

You should ALWAYS full clear old trap, it takes 10 seconds more for 3 secrets, for new trap you should just do the secret that completes it.

whats the difference between a half completion(1 secret) and a full completion? do the rest just count as secrets?

So you are able to either complete the room which will give you the room completion score (I think thats like 5-10 score or smthn), or you can fully complete the room which will just give you 2-3 extra secrets which is a few extra score if some people died. You dont really need to full complete rooms if you have a good party but its good to know how incase you are playing with people who end up dying 2-3 times and you need to fully clear the dungeon including trap room. (I hope this is all correct, I have not played skyblock for a good 7 months xD)

No, tnt pearling still works. To tnt pearl you need to left click with the tnt looking at the block at your feet then when the tnt is inside of your head you will be able to pearl with right click and it should phase you into the wall.

How do you make the bricks not immedietly grow back?

Its called ghost blocking. The method I use is making a ghost pickaxe to break make the ghost blocks. Ill try to explain it in text but sorry if its not a very good explanation. I have my pickaxe in a hotbar slot (for me slot 4) and an item (I prefer to use spirit/infinity leap) in another slot (my slot 5). I hover my cursor over my pickaxe in my inventory then quickly press 4 then 5. This creates a 'ghost pickaxe' in my slot 4 that is actually my spirit leap but I am able to break block as though it were a pickaxe (assuming you insta-break the block it will become a 'ghost block'). You can do the same thing without making a ghost pickaxe by quickly switching between you pickaxe and another item in your hand but it will be slightly less consistent. There are also a whole lot of other methods for making ghost blocks but Im not going to try and explain everything in a comment. I hope that helped

To place the tnt you want to left click, not right click. If you try to place instead of punch it will not work.

Also why wouldn’t you full clear trap? Does it give the same amount of points if it’s just cleared (white check) compared to fully cleared (green check)?

Most of the time, the white checkmark will suffice as you get the score for clearing the room, and it is faster. Sometimes however, if your party had died 3/4 times you will have to fully clear trap to still reach 300 score because getting those other 2/3 secrets does give score.
