brother a question, if my main pet its Rex , can i put 2 Muricas as assistant pet ? or the perks only take effect of only 1 assistan pet in this case that they are repited ?

It's not about the pet, it's about the assist skill You cannot place 2 assistant pets with the same assistant skill

ye as ElgenCharlie said, if you look at your pets (support) the passive on the far right is your assistant skill (can be STRONG, EPIC (if you have Gary), BOOST, DURABLE, POWERFUL, or PENETRATION). Which combination will depend on which pet and pet active skills you're running and what pet you are maining.
