This takes me back to when I was a kid in intermediate school on a school computer that got completely hosed by me. How? I downloaded SO much shady software and malware that it completely killed the OS, which was Windows 2000, connected to the internet. My intermediate school didn't have a good firewall to have me wander the web as a kid unsupervised. XD

you should be careful even on virtual box. certain viruses can detect virtual machines and can infect the host pretty easily without any complex code and that is through the wifi or connected devices
