I would do what you could to synch the first rail with the drop of the beat, presentation is such an important part of the speed levels and Shadow falling from the top of the bridge to the rail is so iconic it's part of the intro to the game.

This looks great, I love that you fixed Shadow's hover run animation. It felt very chaotic, and jerky in the original, but it looks to be much smoother here. My only complaints have to do with audio, I don't care for the awkward silence at the start of the level before the music kicks in. I think you should have stuck to the original game script on that one. Also (and maybe it's my sound system) the audio levels seem to be spotty, sometimes things sound very loud, and others not so much. A little more consistency there would be good. Other than that, I love it. Great work.

Heya! The 3 levels I uploaded were done over the course of a month taking about a week each to complete. I only just now uploaded them all together :). This was a portfolio and practice piece for me personally as I have never done anything quite like this before even though I love the Sonic series. But it is unlikely I will make more unless demand is super high haha. Putting my focus on the next thing now :), whatever it may be.

Although this looks great I think it also demonstrates SA2 doesn’t really need a remaster. When upscaled to 4K and 16x9 widescreen it still feels great.
