Endex Castle - A Sanctuary For All

Endex Castle is a fort like no other. Built by Mike Allen, a war veteran, as a means to cope with his own mental health and as a sanctuary in South Wales for anyone seeking a place to go. Veterans and anyone dealing with mental health are welcome here for a community to lean on, and a project to escape into.
There is now a community around the project and Mike hosts various events such as outdoor fitness, yoga, meditation and choir.
