Have you looked at adding Mother's Embrace for huge mana refunds on fireball? From what I've been finding, mana and regen for it are hard to find and this is a free unique and seems like a good part to start with. Mother's Embrace: If a Core Skill hits 5 or more enemies, (XX%) of the Resource is refunded.

Can anyone explain how the fireball enchantment is proc'd without equipping it? Do I need a weapon with +1 Rank fireball? I'm on ps5

Either from the skill tree point purchase or from gear, you can put it in your enchant slots without it being on your casting bar
