The series has a positive ending, but this damn edit of the last scenes. Finally the peach is blooing, that signifies his long life. But the editors and directors have one crucial istake. They need at least 5 damn minutes to show him really alive in 1937-1940, willing to know about her and waiting for her to return.

If someone needs a sweet drama, he can watch any modern city drama instead, imho. For me there were a bit more sweet moments than it was reuired in such a plot

My biggest question: ( and need the answers) Why he didn’t find his wife in London?? Its already 6 years. He know where his wife lives for 6 years. - Is he lost his memories ? - Is he already go find his wife, but he saw hanjing with a son so he think hanjing already married with other guy? - Is he become a spy? - Is he already married with other lady?? When hanjing & his son go find beichen: ( this newspaper already 6 months late ) - It is save to ga back to beixin?? If its save, why beichen didnt find hanjing? - Is she already find beichen? Or This time its Hanjing turn to chase Beichen??

The series is about his character development..from a kid grown into man. His value had changed, he said it at the end he wished she still hate him so she will leave him. He loves her but his love for his country is bigger. He is fighting for the big picture now. If your country isn't safe, families are broken he can't be selfish and be reunited with his. His friends and soldiers die from defending the land. The flight isn't over that's why he didn't contact her. I'm pretty sure he knows she is safe.. That's enough. I feel it is stupid to show her looking for him. It should of end with her seeing him in the newspaper with happy tears. Her looking for him show she doesn't understand him now she just add more stress for him.

Trong 1 lần tình cờ làm nhiệm vụ, nam quy chợt gặp bắc thần chụp qua ảnh.. Bắc thần giờ đã là cấp cao trong đcs.. Nam quy về tìm tờ báo có bức ảnh năm đó, dẫn hàng cảnh tới gặp bắc thần. Gđ đoàn tụ, cả nhà tham gia cmang.. Về sau quốc gia thống nhất hạnh phúc bên nhau.
