I completely relate to having someone take up all your time to where you are always thinking about that person and it really is such an unhealthy thing. it takes away from your individuality and your own goals because you just want to do whatever it is that makes that person happy. How I knew I needed to “end a relationship”: I was constantly catching myself asking myself do they like me? Like … how they treated me didn’t matter anymore it was just if they liked me and I would stick around. Well I realized bitch do I like them? Who do I like what is the person for this position and the attributes I need to qualify as a “relationship”. And now going into relationships were when I first start dating someone/going on dates I look out for that feeling of “do they like me” to regulate myself instead of others!
