@@Theblackhoodguy Not sure if you're being sarcastic, but Yes you can! On PC atleast. When customizing Nomad you can scroll across to other teammates (Z or C on PC and Triggers on Console) and and customize them. Very cool if you wanna roleplay in similar/matching uniforms! My favorite is to have all 4 wear the outfit from Future Solider. Love that game so much.
