I completely understand, desbug. I am an extremely small KZbinr, and I can say from experience that it is actually awful when you make a video you think is great, and then it doesn’t do well. A meme video that I put together in literally 5 minutes was my top-viewed video for a YEAR. I’ve recently made a video that I worked all night and day on, and I’m not kidding. I stayed up all night 2 times just tirelessly editing just so I could make sure that it was as funny and as good as it can be. The video is now one of my least viewed videos on the channel, and it’s down there with my first ones that were it even edited. I understand that it’s not about the numbers, and I just like putting my stuff out there, but it still hurt seeing it fail. What his harder is that it wasn’t the first time I made a video like that, that was a sequel to the other one where the humor was just loud=funny. I thought the sequel would do better because it relied on actual humor, but I was wrong. My project failed. I will continue being a KZbinr, but sometimes it’s difficult.
