I still believe Xande Toskomics's best character is Megaman.EXE (Megaman Battle Network, not some shitpasta) because unlike his X and probably that Goku, Megaman.EXE feels more complete.

Not sure how much of the jank is the AI patch and how much of it is the character itself, but that instant transmission in on to some bullshit. Also, the way he flies on air reminds me of D. HoChoy's DBZ stuff as well.
