This piece made by Brian Balmages was dedicated to a young boy, Ben Steppe, who passed away entering 8th grade. During the funeral, a beautiful double rainbow appeared over the pond where he had died. The place and time the rainbow appeared is exceptionally rare; there was no rain, nor had the sun risen yet.
