We'll need a part II and maybe part III. If love to see the toilet flushing water torrent as well as all thise other tunnels. Stay safe guys

4:42 The amount of water flow at the start seemed more than usual looking at the erosion rate of things around it, I wonder if what they experienced was a water erosion caused collapse some where deeper in the mine, perhaps minor but enough to cause vibration. I am curious if the water flow is similar upon a return visit. Keep on huntin' the holes safely this mine makes me more nervous than usual because of this.

I have watched many mine exploring channels, never have been so many carts in one mine before, most likely more than all the others combined !
@59thSurvivor-of-VHSАй бұрын
would they operate that many together or just using that shaft for storage is what I am wondering? I could imagine like 10 of em lined up just shoveling into them from the mined out piles, amazing historical discovery here.

This mine is gigantic! Most are lucky to see one coal cart in reasonable condition. This is one and done. Most likely, never again. I'm thinking these carts weren't needed at some other mine, so they were left for you guys to find years later. Who knows what else is there? I hope you guys go back. What an explore!

Things i learned from your vid today: - The Bottles: Calvert Reserve Blended American Whiskey - Bottled 1942 (43.4%, 75.7cl) - ~450 us$ (429€). Empty Bottles in good condition are sold ~35 bucks on ebay. - You really need waders :D - Timbers are in good condition when one of them is missing the half of it :D (some seconds before the bottles were shown, the one on the left) My thoughts: - When you see minecarts you stop beeing carefull (and jump into water you dont know how deep it is or if there is a hole to the next level under it). - At the end of the carts it looked like daylight at the end but i think its the white stuff on the ceiling that reflected the light. - Tommy got eaten by the coal mine monster meanwhile... oh wait ... there he is :D - Glowsticks in shape of an arrow look funny. Conclusion: Stay safe and i see you in the next hole you explore :D Meow ! 😹

We are absolutely delighted with this great find, a train of coal cars, never to move again. The track gauge was wide for coal mines, maybe, three feet. It shows that it was expected to be a very productive mine and it seems as though they had the intention of coming back to the mine after the hostilities were over. I suppose the question to be asked would be, how many returned home? This is a very interesting video presentation for which we are most grateful.
@577buttfanАй бұрын
I measured it was close to 5ft
@johnsmart964Ай бұрын
@577buttfan Thank you for the information, the gauge certainly looked wider than a usual line for coal cars.

Asking for a friend, could these mines have been here a lot longer than people think, and it was some type of flood that destroyed them all. Great show as always 🇬🇧
@joebx1111Ай бұрын
They were building structures that went through extreme heat, land slides, and mud floods. The mining operations were to excavate the contents of buildings.

You should look into a DJI Avata drone with a light kit. Amazing what you could do from flying over all those carts, to scouting areas before entering to getting videos in areas where no human can go. I have one, and they are awesome and easy to control. Just practice and your videos could be even more amazing!

@Amazing PA Hey man, you should really wear your oxygen sensor lower on your body. Bad gasses can come up from the stagnant water that you are walking through and can be kicked up into your face. If you have the meter next to your head, you have less time to turn around and get out of there. Wear it on your waist or, if you can figure out a way to attach it next to you knee or thighs so it won't fall off would be even better.

Regarding the string of 38 abandoned Coal-cars, they may have been put to storage on that “siding” in hopes the mine would reOpen?! I found the rushing water running downhill over the rails pretty cool. Then how those tracks spread out for the 3-way junction!! It’s chilling to think a person could lose their way and actually get lost down there?!
