What if these systems are going wrong.. I have difficulty staying hydrated and get low blood pressure. I don’t exercise much. Could exercising maybe help in the long run?

Training can increase plasma volume in a matter of days. Red blood cell volume takes weeks to months.

I seem to need to keep drinking insane amounts of water to stop my head from feeling like it's not getting enough blood supply. This has cime on suddenly the past 3 or so weeks. I was drinking a lot of coffee and eating a lot of dark chocolate everyday until a few days ago when I read about caffeine being vasoconstrictive. I'm in my early-mid 30's and I eat mostly healthy. Up until the past week I've been very sedentary for years. Is it likely a blood volume thing or more likely a cardiovascular issue?

Correction: I guess you could say I mostly eat the "standard American diet" but perhaps with a little more fruit and veg than the average person. I take a lot of omgea 3 tablets too.

Oh wow. Now i know why after 30km long run i don’t pee much. Antidhiuretic hormones are in action for a few hours. Is there any ways to lower those hormones levels? Thank you for this video and information!

That and dehydration. Staying hydrated is all you can do to lessen that hormone response.
