In case of exception to negotiation back (sans recourse endorsement) Who will have to bear Burden of ultimate payment . If intermediary person have to pay to holder then even those intermediary person wants it's recovery. Then who will reimburse to such intermediary person. My ans i think main drawer of bill have to bear the ultimate Payment. 🤔
