When sudden hits comes from medial side of foot.and that effect passes to my medial side of my knee then.it cause pain for few days..and after 2 days it recover back normal .but it happened insteadly..while playing football whats the reason and treatment 😭

It's probably medial meniscal tear at your knee joint. cause it's common in bout 70% of football players. Its intial treatment is rest/avoid those movements which aggravate the pain, ice pack apply, pain relievers. Then there's physiotherapy. And if ur knee pain persists, ur orthopedic doc. will probably recommend a surgery.
