Thank you, sir! This was a very helpful and informative video! The only thing I'm still confused on is why endothermic reactions usually feel cold if they are absorbing heat? Shouldn't they feel warm if the particles are containing all that heat?

Hi, the answer is likely that it feels cold precisely because it's absorbing heat. For example the only way that anything can feel warm is by releasing heat, and the only way anything can feel cold is by absorbing heat. When something feels hot it's because the object is releasing more heat than your skin's temperature or that object is no longer absorbing heat (if it previously had been).

Here is a trick question: is digestion of food endothermic or exothermic?
