Love the vids matey. I plan on doing a few Raw events so will pop over for a ride! I found it night and day riding a proper enduro bike, I'm sure you're the same? I'd say way less front brake and more rear. You'll learn to slide it a bit with rear and only use front when in a straight line. I found it really useful paying for Chris Birch's enduro series - got loads of tips

Chris berch on line training saved my ass last year when I did my first ever enduro oh I was in a world of trouble and his voice was in my head all the way round. It was a hard one with steep hills. Be good to see you out in the field some day

I have the same bike and you have to "wake" the battery up from cold before starting. press starter button briefly wait 30 seconds do it again and repeat then try to start

have you set the rear sag etc on the new bike? looks like it is pogoing you a bit - i would neutralise the compression and rebound in the forks and the shock - open the manual for the bike and spend 10 mins :-) - for this sort of riding you want the compression set to comfort and a fast rebound - it almost looks like the compression is set to the more pro settings - regards your front brake - best tip i have is this, stand more and poke toes INWARD - this puts your knees into your tank which helps bike turn better by miles and also gives you more control but it also places your toe near the rear brake, this then becomes the goto activation point instead of front brake - a practice drill i did / do often and you could do too is remove front brake lever and ride around, you soon get used to engine braking (which will be much greater on the sherco than the old xef) and rear brake - then after an hour or so refit the front lever - old racers trick this, a great way to program your brain 🙂

@@yesyescrew practice brother 🙂 repeat, same as fighting - you don't get a good hook or jab by never standing hitting the bag 10,000 times do we - do the front lever trick on easy tracks you know and you will soon learn to forget about the front brake until you really need it - then add it back in - see you out there soon mate, keep going and please get some proper handguard on the sherco so you dont break any levers 🙂

No iv still got it bro. Mite be up for sale in the spring great for the lanes but bit heavy for the enduro side

If you want to ride fast I recommend you learn motocross riding positions to work more with your core muscles and legs.
