Yeah, floating enemies don’t have a color in their design, so it’s quite confusing. Also a lot of floating enemies like Owlbrow aren’t even always floating. Floating does function a lot like behemoth in it seems to control more of the design than the abilities, cause I don’t think Floating even has an ability.

This is a direct loanword from middle Chinese, aku means evil and ma means demon/apparition. Ok now I'll rank this but in my own opinion. 1. Red : Very first colour enemy you face. Easiest to deal with ( so many cats has red trait ) Ranking : Courier Cat Spammer 2. Floating : Enemy can fly ( or floating on the air ._. ). Not so difficult to fight with them. Ranking : Money Money ( from Mooth ) 3. Black : Nothin much to say. Another coloured enemy with many knockback and high speed atk ( some enemy ). Decent to deal with. Ranking : Kasa Jizo ( this mther fker can fight almost chapter just by spamming it alone 😢 ) 4. Metal : Special enemy you ll face in mid to late game. Only take 1 dmg ( ONE DAMAGE ) per hit. Need critical ability to kill - not so many cat have and can be used good. Ranking : Fck you ( or you can change the name to Catasarus required ). 5. Angel : With a ring on top and have wings, yellow minions is not so good to fight ( with out GigaChad Ramen cat ). High knockback and a little bit tougher than others. ( and no floating in this army - even cyclone ). Ranking : Yeah Egg-boi again ( again this mtfk can make you feel so dumb with spamming it in battle field ). 6. Alien : This popular enemy have some kind of it - Normal Alien, Starred Alien, Shield Alien. Kinda hard to deal with them in middle to late game ( especially not have full treasures ). Ranking : So sick to fight with them in 6 chapers 😢 7. Zombie : This shitty things can burrow, revive, do heavy dmg, break your lineup, split your meatshield, easy to drain your cash v.v.... For all those things ( still more ), I will... Ranking : How to save your uber in first line ( I fking hate this 😡 ) 8. Aku : Some have Surge when killed ( break your lineup ), some have special Ability ( freeze, savage blow ,... ) and the last thing make Aku so freaking hard to kill - Thicc Shield. Regain every knockback, have more health than the cat itself, shield this the hardest thing you ll face when fighting with this :( Ranking : Mexico ( hardest stage in my opinion) 9. Relic : Very tough enemy with curse ability - Curse can shut down all debuff ability when your cat get hit by this. This mean all freeze, slow, knockback will become useless, and your tank can be melt easier ( of course no uber tank can tank this things, you need to use meatshield to stall them ). Ranking : Why so hard to kill a peon 😂 10. Traitless : Like the name, all enemies become white with no trait. You think its easy ? No! Many boss in the middle and late game are traitless ( all manic cats for example ). Lets find for yourself a Dark Gao or smt for bettle future😊. Ranking : R.ost i hate you 🙃 ( Why this thing exist ? ) Thats all about my ranking. Just a boring moment to do it. So if you do not agree, who give a damn ? My tier list is kinda different In tier one there are traits that Are not special in any way, the trait is just for stats and making some enemies easier to beat Traitless/floating/red Next one is creative, good additìons, that expand the game with some new gimmicks Black/alien/zombie/metal/angel Last one is Unbalanced traits, aku and relic, they were added way later into the game, devs were mainly thinking about late game players that were bored, so these are hard too, personally i dont like those

Personally here’s mine for anyone that cares F tier: Worst in the game E tier: Really hate D tier: Hate a lot C tier: Dislike B tier: Neutral A tier: Like S tier: Love Traitless: They’re kinda cool. I only like them because they introd uced me to the game. Low A tier. Floating: B tier. Not much to say about floating. Red: Don’t really hate all that much, just think it’s a waste of a trait since they have nothing all that special. B tier. Black: I hate black from the bottom of my heart, a lot of units that are effective against black are either Ubers or just incredibly expensive to upgrade, plus Assassin Bear and Shadow Boxer K are in this trait and they’re some of my least favorite enemies in the whole game. E tier Metal: I think metal enemies are actually a cool idea on paper but some of them aren’t exactly fun or interesting to fight. I do like the idea of them and some like metal sloth are cool bosses with an interesting mechanic. A tier. Angel: I really love the design of angels, some of the best units in the game overall have the bonus effect of being good against angels like ramen cat and my favorite enemy design wise is in this tier (Divine Cyclone). My personal favorite trait, S tier. Alien: Aliens are honestly cool, they served as a cool main trait in ItF and CotC, plus starred aliens are a cool mechanic imo. High A tier, not quite S though since… Filibuster exists. Zombie: Zombies tried to have a cool mechanic but to be honest every zombie enemy can respectfully screw off. I hate zombie stages so much, Z cyclone, Cadaver bear etc. are some of my least favorite enemies to fight and the whole ‘burrow warping’ thing pisses me off. F tier. Aku: Cool enemy class with cool designs, not much to say other than if you don’t have barrier breaking units you’re screwed. A tier, I like the way they look. Relic: B tier. Honestly same deal as Aku, they look cool but I just don’t find much special about them. Special Traits Behemoth: Hell no. I don’t like that you basically HAVE to have behemoth slayer units to deal with these. At least with most of the other traits (with the exception of zombies but screw zombies) the units that you need to deal with them are common, but behemoth slayer is relatively rare for a unit to have and behemoths just generally piss me off. I feel like they’re too strong, but at least they have a hard counter. D tier, just because they have some cool designs. Colossus: I have most of the same problems with Colossus as I do behemoths, but they get E tier because their designs aren’t as good imo. Sage: C tier. Same issues as Behemoth and Colossus, just that Sage enemy designs go hard as hell. And that’s my personal ranking. Bonus: Most and least favorite enemies from each trait Traitless: Favorite is Le’Boin just bc of his description, least favorite is Giga God. Worst boss in CotC besides maybe Filibuster. His warp just saves your units from death and he’s barely a threat if you have a relatively high level Awakened Bahamut. Floating: Favorite is Teacher Bun Bun, a fitting final boss for a saga. Least favorite is The Face, very anticlimactic and honestly just a weird design. Red: Favorite is Dark Emperor Nyandam, just a cool design and one of my favorite story bosses. Least favorite is Ginger Snache, literally just a reskin. Black: Only black enemy I like is Kurosawah, least favorite is Assassin Bear. Metal: Favorite is Metal Sloth, least favorite is Super Metal Hippoe just bc it gave me a lot of trouble on Crazed Fish stage. Alien: Favorite is Raging Bahamut Cat, he’s a great boss and least favorite is Filibuster, worst boss in the game other than maybe Giga God. Angel: Least favorite is Gabriel just bc he feels like a reskin of Doge Dark, favorite is Divine Cyclone bc he looks really cool. Zombie: Favorite is… nothing. I hate every single enemy in this trait. Least favorite is definitely Z cyclone bc it takes all the satisfaction of killing a cyclone out. Aku: Favorite is Lord of Ruin Jagando just bc he looks sick as hell. Least fav is Le’Behemoth since he basically looks like a blue Le’Boin. Relic: Favorite is Old Horn just bc I like rhinos and he looks good, least favorite is Relic Bun Bun bc he’s annoying. Behemoth: Fav is Ultima Beast Naala because it reminds me of a legendary Pokemon. Least favorite is Ragin Gory bc I hated black enemies already, this guy is trash times 20. Colossus: Fav is Zero Luza bc he looks like a roided up fusion of Machamp and Geodude, 2 of my favorite Pokemon. Least fav is Super Hyppoh, just a bigger Alien Hyppoh. Very uncreative. Sage: I actually don’t really specifically hate any Sage enemies, but I love Sage of Mind Soractes’ design. That’s it. I’m done typing lol

But on the other hand there is Ramen Cat who is the ultimate Angel meatshield, superior even to Ushiwakamaru. Pushed to the max (lvl 130, talented, talent orbs) he has an effective HP of 394800 against Angel enemies. Even at just level 30 with no talents or talent orbs, he still has an effective HP of 89250.

Red-Generally bulky enemies, courier made them too easy, so they're not relevant, except red energ. Floating-Strong pushing, brute force enemies that must be CC'd asap before they get out of control. Gobble is a ggreat enemy. Angel-they get hard-countered by ramen, however they can still be dangerous sometimes, and chick-ful-A is a really good enemy. Also angelic doge and hippo are great peons. Black-pretty much irrelevant in midgame due to pizza and bomber, however in late, raging gory can be dangerous foe and generally a great trait with many good enemies. Alien-backliners and pushers wich in early are scary, in mid irrelevant and in late they are too scary. Emperor seal is good peon and in general nice enemies, except bun bun s., as his rng wave shouldn't exist. S. Aliens-Many great enemies, basically all of them. They're great as supporting other stronger enemies and messing you up with warp. Really love stages where warp is smartly used like glass slippers. Zombie-they exist to mess you up and annoy you, specially since how many peons are there. Zombie bosses are rather lacking, except for the big sal for its gimmicks. I don't like zamelle. I love zore and zangaroo. Relic-great peons, great support enemies like othom, elder horn can sometimes be interesting for its bulkiness, and its bosses are some of the best, and can cause so much impact in the game, one of the best traits. And has puffington, one of the best designed enemies. Aku-just like relic, a trait where all of its enemies are relevant (except cerberous kids wich are mediocre). Death surge is so good to make stages more volatile and dangerous. Shield is great for how many ways it has to be tackled, and overall, added a lot of depht into the game, and probably the best trait. Metal-if used correctly, they can serve as tanky enemies that have to be tackled separately as the boss, as they're usually hard to stall and when having support they can push hardly. Not great for the rng, but not bad either. Traitless-talking about mid to late game, traitless has many many dangerous and volatile enemies, r.ost, dober p.d., henry, dolphina, rain.d, etc. a really great trait for how much they can push and impact the game, as they have little amount of counters.

Ranking these Enemy traits 1. Red Traits Red enemies are usually very important in most levels because upon defeating them, they give you large amount of money (S+) 2. Floating Usually the same as red enemies (they give out huge amount of money)but I'd rather say its a bit hard when you face them... (S+) 3. Black They have very fast attack and speed. Usually can attack your units after second to second.. (S) 4. Metal Without Critical Hitters, this will be a pain in the ass... So... (A) 5. Angel They're not considered as floating whenever they're above the ground 💀 same as black. Much higher efficiency (S) 6. Alien I hate Alien creatures because almost all of them have they're unique abilities such as freeze, slow, and knockback.. (B) 7. Zombies Well they can revive so.. and they dig as well... Not very much complicated but somehow i take the urge to challenge undead settlements (C) 8. Aku Problem is that they have an aku shield which is always active upon every knockback. Thats why i struggle from Aku Cyclone.. also, some of them use surge upon death 💀 (I Hate this Shit+++) 9. Relic Not that bad as i say, but this is probably worser than zombies.. The Curse effect is very unusual and not contentive to cats that have more than 3 abilities (D-)

Yeah, unless you had good luck in Epic Fest there will be quite a problem finding anti-traitless units. Also, in mid-game (around into the future) I'd say aliens are generally easier than most other traits since they are the central trait in I to the future and you tend to spend more resources on anti-alien units.

Here’s a tip: to destroy metal enemies with ease. I suggest using mighty sphinx korps. He can weaken metal enemies and you can also use other anti-metal ubers or cats to kill them hope this helps :)

Personnaly, I would put alien in don't hate (thank you luminalia), and switch aku and metal. It will probably change with UL (i'm before dogumaru), but actually cleaning the aku realms was quite easy, even without cactus cat. I don't struggle with metal, but when you just want to do levels with a generalist team, sometimes there is some of them, and you must bring a crit unit, so boring. I will see if my opinion change later. I did all the advents (except the 2 last, kappa and nyandam), and I want to really start UL only when I will have Idi and superfeline TF (actually user rank 14050)

I personally like Aku because it makes you play differently with the shield and death surge, plus the shield is better than star aliens barrier because if you don't have a high damaging unit or barrier breaker than the stage is impossible to beat while aku's shield's can be chipped away so its always possible to defeat an aku enemy and their shield even if you don't have a shield piercer unit.

Ngl i love metal enemies, they’re so easy to deal with especially with soba, catasaurus, and catyphoon, not only that but they’re extremely good stepping stones for waves or surges i would put metal enemies in dont hate however angel enemies.. i fucking hate them soooo much. my only anti angels are ramen, flying cat, and juliet. i would put angel enemies in fuck you floating enemies i would make a new tier and name it “windy’d” or “fishman’d” black enemies i would also make a new tier and name it “bombercat’d” or “pizza’d” relic enemies i think deserves “stop ruining my life”, their curse can immensely ruin an entire stage. take “i’ll be bug” for example. the relic doge can absolutely destroy your entire run solely because of it cursing the roe cat.

Metal is s tier, yes it is the easiest trait in the game, however most generalist units don’t have crit so if a metal seal appears late in the level it makes the stage a huge waste of time as you have to leave, change loadout, then refight. This can happen on easy stages and it makes me want to die. Most annoying by far.
