Thanks so much! I see there is slow, medium and fast videos. So should we be working up to doing the exercises faster? Do more energy flow this way? Or is it just a matter of completing them in a shorter amount of time?

Hi Slobhan, it's good to start slow, that will make learning them easier. Once you know them well, you can do them faster. But not at the expense of losing concentration on the energy etc. So it's a balance, which is a little bit different for each individual. Hope that answers your question, blessings :-)

Awakening of the face, are there any excercises for the face?

Hi Andpfeff, there are probably a few (very few) excercises in Yogananda's "Scientific Healing Affirmations" and Kriyananda's "Course in Self-Realization". They are based on the same principle - tensing with will (send energy), relax and feel. Obviously in the face the tension should be mild.

Fencing #32 is described on the poster differently: outgoing arm and forward set foot are on the same side. Is that important?
