I was sleepy and decided to take my nap while playing this (my nap usually takes 20 to 30mins). When my alarms set off, I just really couldn't wake up. I felt the need to sleep more and rest. @@RestRelaxationReiki Oo I felt it so good, I even wrote down at what time I felt the energy shifted (I always like to observe & document things😉) beginning till 13.2 high frequency, then energy change a bit and at 20:00 it felt more grounding 21.3 the energy went bubbling in my belly and 23.4 the frequency went up very fast.. but there was another result; I was more tuned in to the subject of manifestation and later I had a great talk with God about it. things are more clear now.. Different people react differently to energy. Also, this might be what your body needs: rest. Drink plenty of water and rest. Also, cleansing (like showering) and then grounding yourself is probably a good idea? Because maybe your body is detoxifying? I honestly wouldn't know. Lourdes has a video playlist on how to use her reiki videos. I suggest you watch all of them - they're short so they won't take up much of your time. Take care!
