Also at 32:35 you say the T^(t)_{t} is the Energy Density of the Momentum Tensor? isnt it the energy Density of the Momentum-Energy-Tensor? do I have this wrong? if so where?

I meant to say it is the energy density of the energy-momentum tensor. Perhaps the energy part was muffled when I was going through it???

the concept is correct, but to word it better would be that "the time.time component of the Energy Momentum Tensor is the energy density an observer would see at the point in question.
