Hi.... Select cloud type is it possible to run on ICP ? if so i think it would be a lot cheaper and more secure than anything else ?

it could be possible in the future. However, not at this very moment AFAIK. However, if you're looking for the cheapest option, it would be to get yourself a small and cheap mini-pc and you're good to go indefinitely! ;)
