No1 question If mineral wrights are granted royalties to Aires from another party to the aires in the state of texas who had no knowledge the minerals were owns by the aires granted to them years ago but the state of texas has been active with the minerals with documentation indicated shown as unclaimed minerals that were granted to the aires in the 1700 s and 1800 the state of texas proceeded to use active oil proceedings overiding the grant and ownership without aires involvement ignoring the fact that oil mineral wrights in black and white the state of texas overides the aires mineral wrights and continued active oil drilling and activities to the state of texas advantage using the monies minerals ect for themselves but because a ex campaign manager to president ??? Tracking aires down exploiting the un known information to the granted aires this has now been ten years with proof of documents presented to the state of texas of what would be done to be credited for lots of years wanting payment from texas who has ignored requests from the aires and will not respond to the case it's been ten years fighting for the mineral rights that the state of texas does not own now this case has been given the aired the run around after proceeding to forward the state courts has had 30 days to respond pending if no response from the state court now the aires will go to the federal court to receive a response. Now question could it be understood since the mineral wrights that were granted to the aires could be ignored without knowledge of active taxes act that the state of texas ignored the court request to buy time to indicate blaming the aires for not proceeding the laws to keep minerals wrights at a stand still to step up a take the mineral wrights from the aires because the aires are not knowledgable to take over the minerals wrights to use that as an excuse to take the mineral writes from the aires it had been a yr since the state of texas has ignored the request from the aires so it has pushed to file to the federal government regarding royalties in payment
