This house is an absolute abomination! While the views are stunning, this house itself is a huge disgusting disappointment. Oh, all the boxes are checked for all the specialized rooms and pool but it is as boring as unadorned, unsalted oatmeal for 3 meals per day. So much could have been done here. No color. No creativity. No innovative use of light. No wow factor at all. Just big monochrome monotony with no-brainer floor-to-ceiling windows and a wrap-around deck. Instead of marrying a beautiful woman dressed up for a ball, you're getting a male accountant with Asperger's syndrome who wears the same solid grey suit with matching tie, white shirt, and black shoes every day. Just quit with all the fine finishes. They are used so nothing complements or contrasts anything to accomplish any kind of aesthetically pleasing theme above a three-star hotel room. Clearly, this brick was designed on a spreadsheet to maximize profit - probably by accountants. It's another mis-zoned, corporate office building where your children will grow up to be unimaginative, self-important, entitled, unappreciative little creeps and will be glued to the metaverse because their reality is so uninspiringly dull. All the so-called architects making this garbage need to be exported to China where they will probably get imprisoned for trying to build this crap. What a tragic waste of a great lot. 💔😩 Unfortunately, some newly made techno-billionaire, probably with acute Asperger syndrome, will buy it and perpetuate this cultural and intellectual rot. I absolutely adore this place. I feel like majority of the modern mansions try too hard to be luxurious and have way too many fittings or fixtures going on. However, the simplistic and minimalistic nature of this place feels so much more homey (in my opinion). Obviously, there are little bits and bobs I personally would change or add, but other than that, this is one of the only places you have toured that I genuinely like. Those water closets and bathrooms are absolutely stunning! The designer did a killer job on this. Absolutely perfect. Screams luxury, cozy, warm, and comfy. The videography was epic too!
@deidara50572 жыл бұрын
The thing about this mansion that gets me is that minimalist approach , usually when you see minimalist on KZbin, it is those small studio apartments that uses minimalism for compensating small spaces, but in this one it really highlights the sheer amount of real estate that you have. this house oozes luxury without too much clutter. I love it.

It’s absolutely not worth the money. The view doesn’t even have downtown LA! 777 Sarbonne, which sold at auction for 46million has far better views. And a similar house, 1108 Wallace ridge was in the same neighbourhood, same size, same architectural style sold for 42million

The moment Enes started talking ("What's up everybody..."), I had to pause the video just to enjoy the opening composition shot. Most people in the comment section won't really notice the simple symmetry and beauty of the opening shot. I just want to comment to thank whomever decided on that particular shot. The upper, middle, and lower 1/3rd is damn near perfect: The blue sky up top, the house in the middle, and the green "grass" at the bottom. Job well done. The vertical 1/3rds are well laid out too: The bedroom on the right, steps in the middle, and pool/bedroom on the left. And right in the middle of the entire composition is ENES, emerging from the vanishing point, to greet everyone to his latest video.

I’ve been a fan of your channel for a while and your content is always excellent! The manner in which you describe what we’re watching is never too much and Mikey’s camera skills are top shelf as well. The editing is beyond impressive! Keep doing what you’re doing!!

Another superb production! Your team hit the nail on the head with the quality of photography and expertise in editing! The walkthrough commentary by Enes is so easy to watch and flows perfectly. 30 mins go by in no time, this shows the level of viewer retention is great (in my view anyway). This property is stunning with amazing views, the finish quality is top-notch, and the stonework and the variety of natural stones used really stood out to me. Congratulations on another fantastic production! 👍

It's so telling that the comments of this house are so much more positive with your video than the one on the video posted by architectural digest. The explanations and details you provide make viewers have so much more of an appreciation of the design and build of this house. Just goes to show that it's so much more than a visual tour. Great work as always in capturing the true beauty of these properties.

Having watched so many of your videos I agree this is the best home- tasteful, elegant and yet a homely work of art.

This is what i like, minimalist, not over the top, subtle. Somehow reminds me of the Mediterranean.

Obviously the space and amenities are amazing. For me personally, the minimalist approach has been taken a bit too far. The living and dining room have too much 'plain' space and this is crying out for plants, furniture or soft furnishings. Of course whoever buys the house can do whatever they want with the space.
@Sacra8982 жыл бұрын
I agree. the interior design is lacking, and I was disappointed that the bedrooms literally just had a bed. they could have done so much more with those spaces

@@Sacra898 To be fair, it's a brand new property so it hasn't been lived in yet. We need to use our imagination a bit.

I love love love love this house.... Love the glass walls around the house... Makes the house look sleek (if that's a thing). Love the minimal look, there is enough room to make the space yours, to fill it up to your liking. I love this property...... 😊 ❤️

I like to keep it simple. And this house, although it has that luxurious stuff, it's simple in some ways. You don't have to have a ton of colors in a house. It could be black, gray, wood tones and white that I'll love it. Another great video from Enes! Keep up with the good work!

When will people learn that minimalist means lazy, unimaginative, uninspiring, overpriced swindle?
