What an unexpected contrast to the last homes. Already at the entry I was fascinated by the details and this impression runs through the whole object. The Green Room is just breathtaking and a real riot of color. The formal dining room is unique and elegant. The kitchen with the breakfast corner and the many high-quality details is a real highlight in this house. But the 4th floor crowns this wonderful property. Old and new wonderfully combined - an old jewel renewed with love and respect. My personal favorite - the chandelier in the toilet from the masterbath. Thanks a lot for showing us this great mansion- and as we can see - you don't have to choose between style or view - you can have both ...

Yeah....this is, hands down, your best video. Going to other cities and communities outside of Los Angeles is a great move that should increase your follower count. This house had something that most L.A. properties don't; Personality. As you said, Enes, every room had its own unique style that complimented and coordinated with all the other rooms in the house. A large percentage of the homes you feature in L.A. have the same marble, same features, ....they basically resemble each other. This house was DESIGNED. That wallpaper in the stairway that started as a gold wall and then turned into gold birds....stunning. Those bronze light fixtures masterfully installed in the columns....perfection. THAT KITCHEN! I wouldn't want to leave. The serenity of the owner's suite... Excellent job guys. Hope you venture outside of L.A. more often. I would say that this house sets the bar for all of those ridiculously overpriced houses in L.A. that are still sitting empty because they are nothing more than cookie-cutter contemporary boxes with no personality. This house costs less and had better-unobstructed views, way more style, in an equally prestigious neighborhood. If I had the money I would high tail out of L.A. and buy this house.

As someone who cooks a lot (really a lot), always prepares three course meals, has a few children, entertains on a regular basis (when not in a pandemic) and hates clutter in the kitchen (because I use it so much), having two dishwashers is now on my must-have list and acts as a safety net for my mental health, lol. I agree with the fanciness of the toilets comment though, far from being an absolute necessity! However, I would appreciate their large number. It is something I wish I had while pregnant. That's when I discovered that some people spend an average of 20 minutes to do their business... Not cool when you need to go asap lol.

This was a great change of pace from the modern LA cubes. I live in an 1800s home in NH and could relate to this house. I’m having a little trouble forgiving those modern twisty light fixtures in the first room. Seemed SO out of place (I didn’t begrudge the upper floors being modernized as much). That woodwork and molding was breathtaking, as was the kitchen. As a caterer I thought ‘thanks a lot, Enes’ with the stairs to the kitchen, but I’d love to work in that one. That stove! At least in New England, that gorgeous staircase is called a “good morning staircase”. We have one although not as grand. At least the legend of it is the husband and wife had separate quarters. They would come down the few stairs to the landing, acknowledge each other, and then descend the main stairs together to breakfast. Hasn’t worked that was for us. Can’t believe they gave up the garage because they wanted more space! Was there any outside area at all? This was my favorite video by far. I’ve been to SF a few times and made time to look at the architecture. Love the city and seeing this home was a treat. You and Mikey are a great team and work so well off each other. Thank you!

@@EnesYilmazer Thanks for travelling and putting in the work to make this happen guys, it was a refreshing change of pace! The mansion is extravagant, opulent, and elegant with many modern touches sprinkled throughout. While I personally prefer modern-minimalist style homes more, this tour was really enjoyable to watch for the high level of detail and thought put into the construction (in addition to your high-quality, detailed presentation 🙂). Each room was so uniquely and creatively put together, this was almost like visiting one of those quirky museums where every room had it's own theme going on lol! And adding in the designer of each room was a fantastic idea, great job! A few locations that stood out to me in particular was the Green room parlor, the penthouse living room, the main grand staircase, and nearly all the bathrooms. All in all, this house is not my specific taste but a very beautiful house nonetheless! Personally I'd like to advocate for more modern-minimalist style homes (6,000-9,000 sq ft and around $10 million ballpark). Loving these tours, keep up the great work!

Obviously I don’t get out much & am always “ on-call” when I’m not working…in other words I’m always working, lol, your channel is fabulous! I toured Alcatraz years ago , it was neat to see it from this homes vantage point! Loved your historic interlude that you included in this video! This one is indeed my favorite thus far as well!! Thank You again!

San Francisco DEFINITELY will take your breath away, unfortunately. It is saturated with detritus and excrement from the huge homeless population. Sad really, once a true 'jewel' of a city. In our day the homeless were called "bums". Now they are 'protected' and live in 'sanctuary' while lowering property values and safety. I pity the folks that have to contend with this problem in the fabled city by the bay.
@kaytan84094 жыл бұрын
R. Scott McDonald I think if property values were “lowered” there wouldn’t be as many homeless people, would there? There are two things I know about San Francisco: 1) it’s beautiful, 2) it has one of the highest costs of living than anywhere else in the country. And homeless people should be protected. They’re human beings. 😟
@scottmcdonaldAAL2114 жыл бұрын
@@kaytan8409 In my day, such folks were called "bums" which seems closer to the truth. How many 'homeless' people are that way by choice? Why work? Have you ever seen a homeless person SINCERELY ask for any kind of job, or just a handout? Defecating in public, inside a SAFEWAY STORE? Can't happen? Only in S.F. Ask any SF Homeowner what they think of the homeless and you will get an EARFUL. It's a crying shame. The only reason costs of living are so high is the tech jobs. If they depart you will see a BIG reduction in property values. The homeless are there because THEY CAN. Regardless of what homes 'cost' a guy with beggar income isn't going to be buying any mansions real soon, yeah? I am all for helping those who truly want and are willing to accept any kind of job to pay 'some' of their own way. A person who wants to put the arm on me for a handout? Not happening. Try walking down any of the streets and watch the AGGRESSIVE panhandlers. It's risen to an art form. So much so I no longer will visit the Shitty by the Bay.

@@kaytan8409 It is my home. My heart is broken as to what has happened to San Francisco and the whole Bay Area. Such a historic beautiful place. I am forever grateful my parents left that tiny town in Arkansas and settled in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I was born. I am retired now. So expensive I don't know if I can retire here. So many of us natives are being pushed out.
