There's a small pouch on the back of his holster belt you can put Grunt's M16 mag on that small pouch

I ordered three sets of him. One will be Grunt proper. The other two will be the Steel Core "Specialists" Which will lead the others when they come out, with Grunt as the actual Squad leader for the Steel Core team.

From what I read all “retro” joes figs will come with the classic laser rifle going forward and all retro cobra figs will come with the laser blaster and the retro figures will have thicker card backs and will be main line releases not Walmart exclusive

@@EnewtabieActually, the way the belt is set up makes it a cavalry draw for a lefty. The belt, when the buckle is at the front of the body, places the holster too far back on the left hip to be an effective cross draw. Of course, it’s just a toy, so the belt can be placed any way that the owner wants it. Thanks for the good review!

Great review. He looks good. I will get one initially and then decide if I want to army build. It was smart of them to include the extra head, but dumb of them to put his name on the vest.

Python patrol copperhead, and cobra officer just came back in stock on Hasbro Pulse. I think most of us probably pre-ordered from target, but just thought I would pass along the info. I can’t wait for tomorrow’s announcements!

Grunt is both an originaly Joe and the figure they based generic joes off of. Still i'm always happy to get orignal joes. weird that they haven't really gone in on any joe troop builders but we are on the 3rd or 4th variation of many cobra builders. where did you manage to pick him up? (sorry if i missed it in the video) also i agree on them continuing to include the "joe communicators" or whatever it is. i'm wondering if it's a way one of the sculpters to mark their joes.

I think I'm going have to get Grunt. I got Stalker for $16 on Amazon last week. I'll probably limit myself to the original 12, Night Force and what I preordered/backed. I'm glad the original 12 being aren't all using the same olive green uniform. Stalker has the camo pattern like the original and Rock n Roll wears a green and beige shirt and has tattoes. Grunt has the olive green uniform and that's okay since he was also used as the greenshirt in the cartoon. Presumably, he was in charge of them but I don't remember if he had that many lines.

@@Enewtabie Clutch will be coming with the Vamp. If there ever is a Mobat, that'll likely be a Haslab like the HISS. Zap will probably reuse Bazooka's bazooka. Flash will probably have a laser rifle. They could probably just give Short Fuze an experimental light weight mortar that uses micro shells (the line has had sci fi stuff).

The worst apart about that name tape bit is that E-4 is not his rank, it's his paygrade, no one wears their paygrade, that should have either the corporal or specialist chevrons.
