Enforcing Trust Distributions and Other Trust Terms

It happens all too often, a Trustee refusing to follow the Trust terms. It should be the easiest thing a Trustee does. If the Trust says a beneficiary is to receive a house, then give the house to that beneficiary. And yet, some Trustee's just refuse to do what the Trust requires of them. So what is a beneficiary to do?

What happens if a "Trustee" is literally doing ALL THE WRONG THINGS: creating a fake Trust to steal all the assets, lying, cheating, gaslighting, manipulating, etc . . . Some beneficiaries are stuck in a situation like this where the individual appointed as "Trustee" has nothing but hostility and hatred towards them. Does the judge ever have power to throw that wrongdoer "Trustee" in prison and/or fix the problems caused by the Defendant?

My black widow stepmother did many illegal things, and I can't get any help with these videos! They NEVER answer questions. So the black widow got away with murder, grand theft, fraud, selling my truck and other things I paid for and selling everything and the property and home was sold on my Daddy's birthday! In 3 months took all the money, paid off her daughter's house and let my father's name go into collections. We need help and that comment "This" was very rude!

What do you do if someone took the trust document and is refusing to give the document to the beneficiary or other appropriate person.

Ok all sounds good other than one very important issue that is left out. What Court has jurisdiction to force the trustee to comply with the Trust provisions. Does the trust follow the trustee if the trustee relocates to another state or does the jurisdiction remain within the Court where the Testator domiciled.

In California, Jurisdiction remains at the place of Trust administration. If the Trustee starts in California, but then moves out of state, or if an out-of-state Trustee takes over for a California Trustee who dies or resigns, then jurisdiction remains in California. The exception is if the Trustee files to change the place of administration using the terms of the Probate Code, which rarely happens.
